I love anything quirky and fun. If you know anyone who loves wine and candles, this is your place. Aromatic Infusions is not limited to candles, there are soaps and tumblers too. I came across them on my search for Soy Candles. I was burning inexpensive, even expensive candles and happened to wash a tiny part of my kitchen wall. Hours of elbow grease later, I swore off all candles that burn sooty.

The world has too much trash! UpCycled Style & Aromatic Infusions hopes to change that. An eco-friendly, green company. All of their glass work is at least 50% re-purposed glass, hence UpCycled Style. Stunning glass colors. Re-cycled shipping materials from other vendors. Their goal is to turn the planet green…one piece of trash at a time.

“Uncorked” a name so appropriate for these candles.

• Fireside Romance: smells a bit like Balsam and Pine trees.

• Indian Sandalwood – smells, very faint, like sandalwood and freshly hung linen.  (My favorite)

• Moroccan Sands – smells like just a touch of aftershave. So intoxicating!

• Champagne Kisses – smells like a fruity glass of champagne.

Each of these come with the cork from the bottle.

I love these candles. She definitely gets an A+ for creativity.

I asked if she would do special orders.  She does and will. What a great way to remember that special bottle of wine, beer. etc.

My boyfriend drinks Molson Ice, but he’d enjoy these.  At $16.00 for 2 Heineken Beer Bottles-Repurposed into 16 oz Pint glasses, these make an awesome gift.

I have cathedral ceilings in my home, so it’s impossible to contain one smell to just one part of the house. I normally burn two or more at one time, so I chose to burn the Health and Peace Candles. The mix of the two candles is a wonderful blend of Lavender, Gardenia, Coconut Lime and just a subtle hint of  the Lemon Verbena.

For those of you whose mods and emotions vary with smells, this blend whispers at you to relax. I love the stone that was chosen for me “The Bloodstone.” This stone represents Detoxifying, Grounding, and Healing, having End-Stage-Liver-Disease, I need all the help I can get.  🙂

I grew up in NH  and we had two acres of land that touched upon farm land. As I kid, I’d walk the fields, find a hay bale and watch the clouds as sun beamed down on my belly and had no worries. These candles took me back to that mindset.

The Soul Essence Candle Company began in March of 2012. Babette McCarthy started by making candles for family and friends and than decided to turn it into a business. Her candles are 100% soy.

The Apple Harvest scent was a wonderful blend of Green Apple and, I think, a bit of peppermint and cinnamon and it burned nice and slowly.  This candle gives plenty of burn time. My home smelled as if an apple pie was baking in the oven.  I also have one of their Fresh Raspberry candles. I have not yet tried this one, but I am bias to berries. The smell without it burning is amazing. I reminds me of the candy sticks that my sister and I used to get at penny candy stores. The medium sized candles come in a nice sized mason jar.

Soul Essence Candles are wonderful for gifts or just to pamper yourself with  fragrant, sweet and aromatic fragrances.

The packaging could be more consistent, the candle labels were different. I would not have known that these were from the same company had I not read the jars.

The prices of the candles range from $8.00 and up. Shipping fees were $5.00.
