Since I have oodles of time to kill now that I painstakingly wrapped each Christmas gift as it were a Faberge’ Egg, what a perfect time to make Swiss Cheese bread and try my pajama jeans! 😉
I ran out and got all the ingredients for my bread making experience. After I unloaded the bags on the counters and prepared the ingredients right in the loaf pan, bells started ringing and I heard the mixer churning. I woke up in the middle of the night and checked on my Swiss Cheese Bread. Apparently, I used 1/4 cup of water vs. the required 1 1/4 cup of water…
Determined not to give up, and frustrated with myself, I made a loaf of white bread and tossed in some shredded Mozzarella. After the whirring stopped, it baked for a little over two hours and came out steaming hot and delicious.
